Although medical imaging tools have an undeniable role in modern medical knowledge; Unfortunately, the technical knowledge
available in the country in this field is very limited. Based on this, one of the most important goals of Sinatoos Group is the design and development of medical imaging devices. Due to the difficulty of the task, we still have a long way to go to achieve the latter goal. Currently, the most important active research topics in Sinatoos Group are:

·       Improving and increasing the speed of MRI image reconstruction processes using compact sensing concepts

·       Designing and constructing the first indigenous radiology digital panel

·       Prototyping a desktop MRI scanner

·       Designing and prototyping the radiology imaging device and developing the first native software for creating fMRI images

·       Design and development of the first breast imaging software(tomosynthesis)
